1. Administer employee benefits programs across the MEIA region, including health insurance, retirement plans, and life insurance.
2. Support the annual salary review process, including data analysis and merit increase calculations.
3. Generate and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4. Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations within the MEIA region.
5. Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits programs.
6. Identify opportunities to streamline compensation and benefits processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
8. Participate in HR projects related to compensation and benefits, including program design and implementation.
9. Assist in workforce planning by providing compensation and benefits data for headcount planning and budgeting.
10. Conduct cost analysis of compensation and benefits programs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
11. Support various HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR with a focus on compensation and benefits.
3. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, particularly within the MEIA region.
4. Proficiency in SAP HR modules related to compensation and benefits administration.
