Richemont Compensation and Benefits Specialist

- Administer employee benefits programs across the MEIA region, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Support the annual salary review process through data analysis and merit increase calculations.
- Generate and analyze compensation and benefits reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations within the MEIA region.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits, providing accurate information.
- Identify and implement process improvements in compensation and benefits administration.
- Maintain documentation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects related to compensation and benefits program design and implementation.
- Assist in workforce planning by providing compensation and benefits data for budgeting.
- Conduct cost analysis of compensation and benefits programs to identify savings opportunities.
- Support various HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, focusing on compensation and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, particularly in the MEIA region.
- Proficiency in SAP HR modules related to compensation and benefits administration.
