Richemont Campus Physical Security Manager

1. Coordinate campus-level security activities and maintain security management systems in alignment with the Group Security framework.
2. Lead and manage the security third-party provider to ensure high-level security services at the VSG campus.
3. Develop and implement consistent security and risk assessment approaches for campus operations.
4. Conduct risk assessments and establish risk mitigation systems and controls.
5. Ensure compliance with Richemont Physical Security standards and local regulations.
6. Provide timely feedback on security incidents and develop incident and emergency response plans.
7. Lead contract management for security third-party providers and assess their quality and risk evaluation.
8. Develop and maintain contacts with local law enforcement to ensure a secure environment.
9. Manage security-related projects, budgets, and performance metrics.
10. Collaborate with other campus security leads to align and share best practices.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security management.
2. University degree in a relevant field.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
4. Fluency in French; proficiency in English is advantageous.
5. Ability to analyze data to identify trends and insights.
6. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
7. Diplomatic and precise in execution.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security, preferably within large, multi-dimensional environments.

University degree in a relevant field.
