Richemont Budget Controller

- Develop and manage OPEX and CAPEX budget data for office buildings, ensuring quarterly revisions in collaboration with site managers and other stakeholders.
- Communicate operational budget data for consolidation to central management, anticipating and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Translate service contracts into budgetary terms in collaboration with the Purchasing department and site managers.
- Monitor and validate lease agreements, including rent indexation, charges, and taxes, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
- Advise and support managers in budget construction and financial tracking for employee relocation projects and site refurbishments.
- Regularly audit actual and committed expenses, proposing necessary provisions and reclassifications to ensure compliance with monthly allocations.
- Lead the budgetary activities of the department, ensuring smooth operations and encouraging timely service delivery confirmations in SAP.
- Oversee the annual account closure for the department by March 31, 2026.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial studies and contribute to cost rationalization objectives of Richemont.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial control.
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in SAP, particularly in purchase order modules and financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with collaborative environments such as Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously under pressure.
A minimum of 5 years in financial control, with a strong foundation in accounting practices.
Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
