1. Set strategic vision and execution plan for HR Operations, Technology, Analytics, Compliance, and Payroll.
2. Drive operational efficiency by optimizing HR processes and enhancing digital services.
3. Provide HR analytics to support organizational leaders and impact business outcomes.
4. Ensure compliance with HR internal controls, audits, and data privacy regulations.
5. Oversee HR technology strategy and system initiatives to enhance employee experience.
6. Manage HR shared services to deliver a positive employee experience.
7. Guarantee accurate and compliant payroll execution for the region.
8. Collaborate with IT and global HRIS teams to support HR systems growth and scalability.
9. Develop and implement HR KPIs and dashboards for data-driven decision making.
10. Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

Expected salary range: $225,000-250,000, based on skills and experience.
