Richemont Assistant Finance Manager

1. Collaborate with the Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and control processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and IFRS standards.
2. Prepare monthly financial reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines.
3. Manage daily financial operations, including tax computations, balance sheet monitoring, IFRS 16 lease accounting preparations, and general ledger postings.
4. Assist in ESG reporting and other internal reporting exercises.
5. Support statutory audits and tax compilations, preparing annual financial statements and liaising with external auditors and tax advisors.
6. Advise Maisons and support functions on appropriate accounting treatments and business drivers.
7. Lead process improvement projects in response to evolving business needs.

1. Qualified accountant with a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
2. Proven track record in accounting, with an advantage for experience in Big Four audit or the retail industry.

1. Strong understanding of finance processes and financial policies and controls.
2. In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with experience in process improvement.
4. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Demonstrated experience in accounting, preferably within a Big Four audit firm or the retail industry.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or equivalent.
