Richemont Assistant Finance Manager

- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and control processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and IFRS standards.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines.
- Manage daily financial operations, including tax computations, balance sheet monitoring, IFRS 16 lease accounting preparations, and general ledger postings.
- Assist in ESG reporting and other internal reporting exercises.
- Support statutory audits and tax compilations, preparing annual financial statements and liaising with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Advise Maisons and support functions on appropriate accounting treatments and business drivers.
- Lead process improvement projects in response to evolving business needs.
- Qualified accountant with a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
- Proven track record in accounting, with an advantage for experience in Big Four audit or the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and financial policies and controls.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with experience in process improvement.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Demonstrated experience in accounting, preferably within a Big Four audit firm or the retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or equivalent.
