1. Oversee order planning and manage import and export operations to ensure timely delivery across distribution channels.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance order distribution and fulfillment lead times.
3. Address and resolve SAP technical issues and maintain master data.
4. Establish distribution goals and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency.
5. Collaborate with transport partners to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Ensure compliance with Group directives, customs regulations, and government requirements.
7. Manage CITES buffer stock levels and ensure accurate documentation.
8. Oversee insurance claims processing and coordinate security matters.
9. Conduct annual reviews of transport partners to assess performance.
10. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance distribution efficiency.
11. Recruit, appraise, and develop staff to build a high-performing team.

1. Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or wholesale operations, preferably in the luxury sector.
3. Deep understanding of freight forwarding, transportation modes, and customs clearance procedures.
