1. Assist in operational tasks related to retail and wholesale events.
2. Support the preparation and logistical follow-up of client events, including the dispatch of promotional materials and gifts.
3. Organize exclusive boutique appointments for VIC clients.
4. Coordinate VIC gifts across the retail and wholesale network.
5. Monitor the ROI of retail and wholesale activations.
6. Assist in CRM analysis for top clients.
7. Support operational activities within the boutique network.
8. Optimize sales support tools and address field requests and needs.
9. Manage client gift needs and orders, including invitations and catalogues.
10. Contribute to projects ensuring retail operational excellence and enhancing customer experience.
11. Track and schedule retail training programs.
12. Provide qualitative and quantitative field feedback support.
13. Update retail drive with visuals, guidelines, and price lists.
14. Assist in compiling monthly commercial reports and addressing daily market needs.
15. Facilitate the rotation of High Jewelry collections across the retail and wholesale network.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school with a focus on commerce.
2. Interest in gaining experience in the jewelry sector, particularly in back office operations.

1. Fluency in French and English.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
4. Attention to detail, dynamism, adaptability, teamwork, and proactivity.

No prior experience required, but initial exposure to retail is appreciated.
