1. Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts by collaborating with department heads.
2. Perform detailed financial analyses, including trend and variance assessments.
3. Pursue opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and enhance tools.
4. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by senior management.
5. Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly sales and month-end reports.
6. Facilitate effective communication with local management, HQ Finance, and the Group.
7. Track financial targets and KPIs, analyze budget or forecast deviations, and recommend corrective measures.
8. Promote financial discipline and ensure compliance with corporate finance policies.
9. Adapt to evolving needs within Finance and support the finance team’s efficiency.

1. Strong educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA) is a plus.
3. Previous experience within FP&A or a similar role.
4. Retail experience preferable.
5. Experience in a matrix organization is highly valued.

Previous experience within FP&A or a similar role is required. Retail experience and work experience in a matrix organization are advantageous.

Strong educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA) is a plus.
