- Support the organization of efficient production by designing manufacturing lines tailored to processes, products, and client needs.
- Lead organizational improvement projects to enhance the performance of production teams and support services.
- Participate in quality performance management in workshops using and testing dedicated indicators.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement dynamic driven by the general management.
- Assist the company in its transformation towards Industry 4.0.
- Final year student in an engineering school with a focus on production management or industrial processes.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing and software applications with a strong desire to explore the industrial field.
- Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with Power BI as an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in industrial environments is essential.
Final year of engineering school with a focus on production management or industrial processes.
