1. Deliver captivating brand and product presentations to diverse stakeholders, including beauty advisors, clients, media, and suppliers, to enhance brand perception and engagement.
2. Develop and customize instructional content to meet regional needs, ensuring materials are engaging and suitable for various formats and audiences.
3. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify training requirements and development opportunities within retail teams.
4. Oversee logistics for training events, including travel, accommodation, venue arrangements, and coordination with clients' training managers.
5. Manage vendor relationships and training budgets, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
6. Implement and monitor development plans to ensure beauty consultants deliver an exceptional brand experience at the point of sale.
7. Collaborate with Training & Retail HQ to ensure training programs align with global brand strategy.

1. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with fluency in French and/or German.
2. At least 5 years of experience in training, events, marketing, or communication.
3. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
