Regional Training Manager

- Deliver captivating brand and product presentations to diverse stakeholders, including beauty advisors, clients, and media, to enhance brand perception and engagement.
- Develop and adapt instructional content tailored to regional needs, ensuring materials are engaging and suitable for various formats and audiences.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify learning gaps and align training solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee the logistics of training events, coordinating travel, accommodation, and venue arrangements, while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Manage vendor relationships and regional training budgets, aligning external training solutions with global strategies.
- Implement and monitor development plans to ensure beauty consultants deliver a consistent brand experience at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with global training and retail teams to ensure alignment with the overarching brand strategy.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with fluency in French and/or German.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, events, marketing, or communication.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
- Technical proficiency, particularly with Microsoft 365.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude.
- Innovative spirit with a focus on customer experience.
- Aesthetic sensibility and retail expertise.
A minimum of 5 years in training, events, marketing, or communication roles, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector. International exposure and retail experience, particularly in perfumes and cosmetics, are advantageous.
