1. Achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing high standards of customer service.
2. Sell LOEWE products and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
3. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the counter and through traffic-stopping.
4. Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
5. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers on fragrance.
6. Suggest additional products within the category.
7. Develop personal and lasting relationships with customers through IT loyalty programs and sampling.
8. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
9. Educate customers on LOEWE products and the brand.
10. Participate in counter merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
