Watchmaking Trainer

1. Provide theoretical and practical training to employees in the field of watch casing and quality control.
2. Offer technical support to contribute to the continuous development of employees.
3. Conduct analysis and expertise on watches, including minor interventions on movements.
4. Participate in the industrialization phase by defining tools and writing operating procedures.
5. Engage in the prototype phase of products in collaboration with the Creation Division.

1. CFC in Watchmaking or equivalent qualification.
2. Strong motivation to share technical knowledge.
3. Experience in high-end watch casing.

2. Strong team spirit, flexibility, and objectivity.
3. Proficiency in oral and written communication.
4. Ability to lead and demonstrate dynamism.
5. Listening skills and adaptability to different audiences.
6. Analytical and synthesis skills.
7. Knowledge of MS Office tools is a plus.

Experience in high-end watch casing is required.
