- Define and adjust the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet annual resource needs.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes to meet company needs and enhance employee experience from workforce planning to integration.
- Develop and implement appropriate pre-selection, interview, and evaluation techniques to ensure selected candidates meet company needs in terms of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and growth potential.
- Participate in defining and facilitating the deployment of talent management strategies, processes, and tools related to talent acquisition expertise.
- Develop sourcing by building and maintaining a candidate pool, conducting direct searches, and developing partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, search firms, and media, ensuring high service standards while respecting the employee experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools in collaboration with the Training Center to identify young talents.
- Collaborate closely with external assessment centers to enhance recruitment predictability, ensuring high service standards and adherence to the employee experience.
- Define recruitment actions for specific positions, from search to integration, in agreement with the relevant HR Partner and in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Develop performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate actions.
- Plan, organize, and direct team activities to ensure talent acquisition plans are executed in terms of quality, volume, timelines, and costs.
- Lead, support, encourage, motivate, and develop the team.
- Higher education/university degree and HR specialist certification appreciated
- At least 10 years of professional experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a similar role within a company
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment interview and evaluation practices
- Proven ability to work successfully in functional matrix structures
- Strong negotiation, influence, and persuasion skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Strong project management experience is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards in changing conditions
- Adaptability
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Proficiency in a TMS, ideally SuccessFactors
At least 10 years of professional experience in recruitment, including at least 5 years in a similar role within a company.
Higher education/university degree and HR specialist certification appreciated.
