5. Provide precise technical and historical explanations on major complications.
6. Recommend the most appropriate timepieces or jewelry items.
7. Maintain privileged relationships with certain clients and share historical knowledge of products.
8. Meet company expectations by delivering excellent customer service.
9. Stay informed about competitor products and general watchmaking activities.
10. Maintain a professional image of oneself and the Salons.
11. Demonstrate that Patek Philippe's interest extends beyond immediate sales to perfect client satisfaction.
12. Organize, prepare, and execute all tasks related to the sale of watches and jewelry.
13. Promote information and idea sharing on marketing and products with management and colleagues.
14. Ensure sales follow-up, document preparation (invoices, certificates of origin, etc.), and cash handling.

1. CFC in Commerce or equivalent.
2. Confirmed experience in advising and selling prestigious watch products.

1. Excellent watchmaking culture.
2. Strong sense of hospitality and service.
3. Mastery of sales techniques.
4. Very good general culture.
5. Excellent knowledge of PPSA history and products.
6. Fluency in commercial and technical French and English (oral and written); additional languages are an asset.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and charisma.
8. Team spirit, dynamic, discreet, and stress-resistant.

Confirmed experience in advising and selling prestigious watch products.
