Retail and Customer Experience Manager

1. Develop and manage projects in collaboration with stakeholders such as external architects, suppliers, and team members, while defining, monitoring, and controlling budgets and timelines.
2. Prepare boutique/corner dossiers for validation.
3. Design plans using AutoCAD and process images with Photoshop or other virtual visualization software.
4. Plan, coordinate, and supervise the preparation of sites, production, delivery, and installation of elements within budget and time constraints.
5. Consolidate and plan purchasing needs and tool stock related to the field of activity.
6. Ensure supplier development quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget compliance.
7. Implement strategic thinking to evolve the field of activity.
8. Coordinate developments and prototypes with internal specialists.
9. Manage implementation with team members, suppliers, and market actors.
10. Develop support tools and ensure clear information flow.
11. Draft briefings/specifications, prepare tenders, and negotiate prices with suppliers and agencies.
12. Oversee production and logistics of developed tools and standardize their use.
13. Monitor agencies, suppliers, and other service providers for continuous improvement.

1. Higher education degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing interior design projects in the luxury goods sector on an international scale, with achievements in customer experience.

1. Ability to read architectural plans and interpret construction details.
2. Excellent proficiency in French and English (spoken and written), with additional languages being a plus.
3. Project management skills and excellent organizational abilities.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
5. Analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Proactive and creative mindset.

Minimum of 5 years in managing interior design projects in the luxury goods sector on an international scale.

Higher education degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
