Prototype Machinist

1. Produce prototypes and SCI parts according to design plans.
2. Set up conventional machines for gear finishing for prototypes and SCI parts.
3. Be versatile across all activities of the production line according to workshop rules.
4. Create self-inspection ranges and write self-inspection reports.
5. Design and create tooling.
6. Optimize processes.
7. Alert and propose solutions using the MR3P problem-solving method.

1. CFC in mechanical or micromechanical specialty or equivalent.

1. Knowledge of conventional machines (Wahli, Strausak, etc.).
2. Experience in manufacturing high-end watch components (movements or small parts) is an advantage.
3. Good visual acuity and manual dexterity.
4. Team spirit and adaptability.
5. Precision, rigor, and concentration ability.

5 years of experience as a Machinist-Setter or in a similar role.
