Production Scheduler

1. Ensure the preparation of manufacturing orders in all workshops, including assembly and quality, and manage orders for subcontracting activities in close coordination with planning.
2. Maintain alignment of information between SAP and the production floor through monitoring and updating the information system and field indicators related to activities.
3. Adhere to all work procedures and contribute to their development.
4. Provide top-tier customer service to suppliers and internal clients, ensuring regular presence in workshops and steering sessions.
5. Contribute to the development of the scheduling office through concrete action proposals.

1. CFC or equivalent
2. 2 years of experience in production management

1. Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, especially Excel)
2. Experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP
3. Knowledge of key logistics concepts, particularly operational logistics flow: work-in-progress management, lifecycle management of a manufacturing order, stock and inventory management
4. Team spirit, rigor, precision, dexterity, and speed of execution
5. Ability to concentrate, work autonomously, excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, dynamic, analytical and synthesis skills

2 years of experience in production management.

CFC or equivalent.
