Production Scheduler

1. Prepare and launch manufacturing orders in all workshops in close coordination with planning.
2. Ensure the supply of workshops and retrieve manufacturing orders.
3. Receive and stock components.
4. Organize and manage stock efficiently.
5. Apply rules related to the physical and digital management of precious materials.
6. Monitor manufacturing deadlines, analyze discrepancies, and update the information system.
7. Manage priorities and update visual scheduling.
8. Participate in regular production communications.

1. CFC in logistics or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling.

1. Proficiency in office tools (MS Office) and SAP.
2. Experience in the watchmaking sector and precious material management.
3. Knowledge of operational logistics flow: work-in-progress management, manufacturing order lifecycle management, stock and inventory management.
4. Team spirit, precision, concentration, quick understanding, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling, preferably in the watchmaking sector.

CFC in logistics or equivalent qualification.
