3. Excellent understanding of the brand's spirit.
4. Strong knowledge of watchmaking techniques.

1. Proficiency in 2D and 3D software tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
2. General knowledge of gemology.
3. Understanding of Métiers d’Art techniques like Engraving, Enameling, Guilloché, and Marquetry.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
5. Attention to detail and precision.
6. Customer-oriented mindset.

5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
