Product Manager - Skincare

- Contribute to the development of a three-year strategic plan with innovative and disruptive recommendations for franchise growth.
- Identify development opportunities by analyzing product line performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Define and oversee product development, including formulation, packaging, pricing, and profitability, acting as the primary liaison with various departments such as laboratory, technical development, purchasing, and financial control.
- Ensure the development and coherence of 360-degree elements supporting product launches, including communication, point-of-sale materials, training, digital presence, and consumer experience.
- Proactively manage and monitor the budget allocated to the department.
- Advanced degree (Master's level, such as a business school or equivalent university degree)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international luxury product development marketing, ideally within the beauty sector focusing on skincare
- Fluency in English and French
- Creativity and trend awareness with a pragmatic strategic vision
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complexity
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with an affinity for fashion and the arts
- Analytical and synthetic thinking with a collaborative spirit
- Entrepreneurial mindset (agile, pragmatic, proactive, problem-solving)
- Knowledge of the Chinese market is a plus
A minimum of 3 years in international luxury product development marketing, preferably in the beauty industry with a focus on skincare.
Advanced degree (Master's level, such as a business school or equivalent university degree)
