Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Intern

- Oversee the procurement, management, and distribution of Visual Merchandising assets, including visuals, movies, and content creation materials.
- Maintain and update the Visual Merchandising database for all points of sale in the region.
- Assist in coordinating retail and trade guidelines in alignment with the annual Marketing Calendar.
- Support Visual Merchandising efforts for point-of-sale openings, including managing VM books and coordinating local production.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure seasonal timing and executions align with retail objectives.
- Develop and implement planogram assortments using IWD to ensure a premium retail experience.
- Create and distribute an internal Visual Merchandising newsletter highlighting key assets and upcoming launches.
- Collect and summarize reports from local VM teams on brand installations and events to track performance and consistency.
- Monitor brand and competitor activities, compiling bi-monthly reports to inform strategy.
- Coordinate and support Visual Merchandising training events to equip local teams with the latest tools and knowledge.
- University or business school degree.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
- Eye for detail and proactive with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships within the team and with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
