1. Lead a team of SAP BTP specialists to design, develop, and implement functional and integration features.
2. Ensure successful delivery of SAP BTP scope, meeting quality, timelines, and budget expectations.
3. Contribute to the strategic direction of SAP BTP, identifying opportunities to enhance business processes.
4. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the Focus program and Beauty Tech teams.
5. Ensure adherence to architectural standards, security policies, and best practices for SAP BTP development.
6. Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their technical skills and career growth.

1. 10+ years of experience in leading technical teams with a focus on SAP.
2. 3+ years of experience specifically with SAP BTP and related cloud technologies.
3. Deep understanding of SAP BTP platform services and capabilities.
4. Fluency in both English and French.

1. Strong technical skills in cloud architecture, integration, application development, data management, and AI.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
5. Knowledge in Enterprise architecture.
6. Strong leadership capabilities.

Minimum of 10 years in leading technical teams, with at least 3 years focused on SAP BTP and cloud technologies.
