Christian Dior Sales Specialist

- Collect, analyze, and prepare market data for reports and presentations.
- Prepare order proposals and monitor the ordering process for novelties and animations.
- Manage product returns with partners.
- Coordinate and track monthly schedules for Beauty Consultants (BCs) and handle administrative tasks.
- Oversee grooming product orders for the team.
- Compile data for monthly BC targets and bonuses.
- Coordinate BCs' work and distribute weekly newsletters.
- Organize spraying campaigns at retailers in collaboration with external agencies.
- Plan and execute point-of-sale support for local initiatives.
- Manage sales contests for retailers.
- Assist in organizing events for central and local initiatives.
- Create purchase orders in SAP for the commercial department.
- Process invoices for in-chain and cooperative investments.
- Analyze stock and provide order proposals to retailers.
- Prepare price changes in accordance with central guidelines.
- Deliver timely recurring and ad-hoc reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Organize meetings with retailers and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Facilitate information sharing between the field sales team and relevant departments.
- Collect and integrate sell-out data for EPCD reporting.
- Prepare POS evaluation letters in collaboration with the Sales Supervisor.
- Submit customer complaints to Customer Service.
- Manage and update sales-related content on company platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and relationship management.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Data analysis and presentation capabilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field is required.
