1. Analyze and process client sales orders.
2. Facilitate logistical follow-up as a commercial interface; manage disputes in collaboration with the Logistics department and streamline the flow of incoming orders.
3. Manage the allocation of testers on orders in accordance with rules and forecasts.
4. Process orders and allocations for POSM, visuals, uniforms, and sales allocations, adhering to schedules and maintaining reporting updates.
5. Prepare client documents regarding assortment and pricing by researching, gathering, and filtering information.
6. Process sell-out data for reporting tools.
7. Maintain up-to-date client records.
8. Provide daily support to sales managers, commercial delegates, trainers, clients, and sales staff.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program in Business School or equivalent course of study.
2. Ideally, previous experience in Sales Administration or Administrative Logistics.

2. Ability to adapt quickly in an international organization.
3. Proficiency in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
4. Passion for the cosmetics and luxury industries.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Spanish is required for certain regions.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to sales administration or logistics.

Master's degree in progress in a relevant field such as Business Administration.
