Christian Dior Retail Stand Manager

- Drive the sales and market share of the stand by defining and implementing strategic actions to achieve targets.
- Manage additional podium activities to meet financial objectives, including recruiting and managing temporary staff.
- Organize and evaluate commercial animations on the stand, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify commercial development opportunities.
- Analyze brand and competitor data to inform strategic decisions.
- Build relationships with Sephora managers and store management to maintain Dior's leadership position.
- Develop the skills of sales advisors, makeup artists, and specialists through continuous training and development.
- Recruit, integrate, and train new team members.
- Define team missions and objectives, motivating and challenging them daily.
- Ensure the stand upholds the brand's image of excellence, including merchandising and grooming standards.
- Manage activity schedules, stock levels, and procedural compliance, including product orders and inventory management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management and performance development.
- Strong affinity for luxury products and knowledge of the high-end retail environment.
- Leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Customer service orientation with strong relational and communication skills.
- Adaptability, rigor, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in team management and performance development within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree or higher in commerce, management, or luxury.
