Christian Dior Retail Management Intern

1. Collaborate with the Retail team to maintain high retail standards through daily operational processes, including management of saleable items, GWPs, testers, uniforms, POSM, and trade tools.
2. Participate in the planning and execution of store reopenings.
3. Provide administrative and logistical support to the retail team and stores.
4. Compile monthly sales trend reports, competition data, and feedback from retailers and shopfloor staff to devise action plans and incentives.
5. Conduct field coaching and role-playing exercises with Beauty Consultants to ensure effective sales pitches and adherence to Dior's selling standards.
6. Work with Retail Managers to review coaching scores and improve service levels.
7. Collaborate with the Retail Excellence Manager to refine KPI visualization dashboards for analysis and presentations.
8. Ensure in-store visual merchandising meets brand guidelines and oversee the execution of novelty launches and trade activations.
9. Review monthly visual merchandising reports from stores and provide feedback for improvements.
10. Prepare monthly stock-on-hand data and analysis to ensure healthy stock levels and appropriate replenishments.
11. Assist in managing stockholding, forecast planning, and action plans for slow-moving items across the SEA region.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship for at least six months from January 26 to June 26.
2. University student or recent graduate seeking in-depth knowledge in retail operations within a leading luxury beauty brand.
3. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
4. Independent, highly motivated, and a fast learner with excellent communication skills.
5. Enjoys teamwork and maintains good relationships with office and field team members.
