1. Coordinate technical, environmental, financial, and administrative actions related to construction, rehabilitation, or restoration projects.
2. Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Procurement, Environment, IT, and Finance, as well as external partners including architects and project managers.
3. Define objectives and scope for operations, draft operational programs, and assess feasibility and budget scenarios.
4. Organize and participate in the selection process for project contractors and service providers.
5. Plan and oversee the design phases, ensuring document validation at each stage.
6. Monitor budget evolution and financial balance of operations.
7. Manage administrative authorization requests.
8. Initiate and manage construction tenders, negotiate contract terms, and prepare service orders.
9. Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with commitments and managing financial aspects.
10. Conduct project closure, including financial reconciliation and evaluation of service providers.

1. One year of experience in real estate project management is preferred.
