1. Achieve sales targets set by the Stand Manager, including revenue, average basket size, and conversion rates.
2. Recommend suitable products and enhance cross-selling opportunities.
3. Implement the D.I.O.R sales ceremony to ensure a premium customer experience.
4. Establish and maintain a close rapport with clients to foster loyalty.
5. Engage customers outside the stand when necessary and participate in local marketing initiatives.
6. Serve as the Makeup Ambassador on the stand, supporting team development in this product line.
7. Organize and lead makeup events and propose new services and in-store activities.
8. Display products in accordance with Dior's visual merchandising standards.
9. Maintain the overall upkeep of the store, including sales and back-office areas.
10. Manage stock levels in line with seasonal demands and store characteristics.
11. Adhere to punctuality, scheduling, and Dior grooming standards.
12. Actively contribute to team dynamics and activities.

1. CAP in aesthetics; a diploma in makeup is advantageous.
2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the cosmetics or luxury sector.

3. Sales and results-oriented with a passion for challenges.
4. Team spirit, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

A minimum of 5 years in sales within the cosmetics or luxury industry is required.
