1. Optimize CRM costs and develop a deep understanding of financial implications related to CRM technologies.
2. Audit the usage of CRM licenses and marketing message costs to identify optimization opportunities.
3. Design and maintain dashboards (Excel, Power BI) for expense tracking.
4. Propose and monitor concrete cost-reduction actions.
5. Participate in the development of optimization strategies in collaboration with IT, Finance, and brand teams.
6. Measure the impact of implemented actions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with an interest in information systems and digital transformation.

1. Proficiency in Excel and a keen interest in data analysis tools.
2. Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and with a solution-oriented mindset.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Compensation between €1500 and €1650, depending on the level of study.
