1. Lead the Beauty Worldwide CoreHR program, ensuring alignment with HR business needs and IT strategy.
2. Define and implement a scalable Beauty HRIS Core Model, integrating best practices and ensuring future-proof solutions.
3. Coordinate between HRIS business process owners, HR teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver an optimized HRIS ecosystem.
4. Manage and prioritize the HR IT Roadmap and Strategic portfolio for the Maisons and Beauty Division.
5. Oversee budget portfolio management.
6. Deliver all HRIS-related application projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
7. Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners, including consultants and development teams.
8. Ensure integration and interoperability of HRIS solutions with other IT platforms.
9. Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks related to project execution and system implementation.
10. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the CoreHR program.
11. Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of HR applications, ensuring operational excellence.
12. Provide reporting to Beauty management to give visibility to Build & Run activities.
13. Manage external service providers for support and maintenance contracts.
14. Oversee level 2 support for critical HR applications.
15. Develop and coordinate Region Beauty Tech HR Teams.

1. 15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting, with a focus on large-scale HR transformation programs.
2. Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS system integrations.
3. Experience in international, multi-brand, and multi-entity environments.
4. Fluent in English and French.
