1. Assist in the recording and verification of accounting entries and documents.
2. Reconcile and analyze accounts to ensure accuracy.
3. Process various payments and record provisions and adjustment entries.
4. Manage travel expenses, ensuring adherence to procedures, processing expense reports, and analyzing related accounts.
5. Handle invoices from travel agencies, ensuring their payment and account analysis.
6. Participate in the management of fixed assets, including creation, updates, and disposals following inventory.
7. Contribute to the preparation of fiscal and social declarations.
8. Edit journals and balances, ensuring social and IFRS balances are aligned.
9. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and annexes, maintaining official journals and ledgers.
10. Conduct bank reconciliations and cash inventories, managing daily banking operations.
11. Engage in specific tasks such as monitoring daily allowances, foreign VAT files, and managing corporate card portfolios.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in accounting (2nd year of DUT GEA or BTS in accounting management; 2nd or 3rd year of DCG; Master CCA).
2. Recognized for rigor, organization, and adherence to deadlines.
3. Strong analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

1. Proficiency in accounting principles.
2. Advanced Excel skills.

Beginner level experience in accounting or related field.

Currently pursuing a degree in accounting or related field.
