1. Support the Finance Travel Retail Europe team in operational tracking of departmental expenditure commitments, including analytical allocation, order reception, and invoice control.
2. Participate in the monthly closing process and prepare monthly expenditure reports for the Marketing department, covering areas such as POSM, Training, Trade, Visual Merchandising, and T&Es.
3. Monitor daily sales progress and prepare a four-month sales outlook for reporting purposes.
4. Input maintenance, training, and miscellaneous orders into SAP.
5. Serve as the reference contact for supplier creation in SAP and input budgetary elements into reporting tools such as Orion Activity/Diomed.
6. Provide support for ad-hoc analyses and data entry tasks.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School, ideally with initial experience in financial controlling.
2. Fluency in French and English.

1. Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Open-mindedness, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Aptitude for numerical data and IT tools.

Entry-level, suitable for students with some experience in financial controlling.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
