1. Coordinate translations with local teams for product launches and site updates.
2. Assist in the online deployment of launch campaigns in collaboration with the Webmaster.
3. Publish new product releases and manage product discontinuations.
4. Optimize website content, including page merchandising, banners, and promotional campaigns.
5. Conduct competitive analysis and monitor performance metrics.
6. Update transactional communications to clients with new launches.
7. Handle and track operational requests from the Customer Service team.
8. Create bug tickets and assist in troubleshooting.
9. Coordinate translations and ensure proper localization of new features.
10. Support testing and rollout of new functionalities.
11. Manage feedback and requests from local markets.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Digital.
2. Previous experience in Digital is appreciated.
3. Fluency in English is required.

2. Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Salesforce CMS is a plus.

No prior experience required, though a background in digital or luxury sectors is advantageous.
