1. Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 franchised, independent, and branch clients, with progressive expansion.
2. Drive sell-out performance by overseeing sales metrics and achieving targets through various levers such as RFA, incentives, challenges, and training.
3. Oversee sell-in performance and ensure target achievement.
4. Negotiate annual commercial agreements with each client and ensure their proper implementation.
5. Maintain and enhance the brand image at points of sale.
6. Develop remote visit processes for sell-in and sell-out in collaboration with the National Sales Director and Sales Administration.

A minimum of 5 years of successful field experience managing a sell-in and sell-out client portfolio, including billing management.
