1. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and deliver a luxury standard of service to customers.
2. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
3. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
4. Demonstrate expertise in makeup and skincare, presenting and applying products to inspire clients.
5. Initiate contact with clients, welcoming them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
6. Develop personal relationships with clients, introducing the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
7. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
8. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels, report issues, and ensure sufficient inventory.
10. Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
11. Update client data in the ipos tool, including sales and client profiles.
12. Utilize the customer database on ipos to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
