1. Drive beauty sales by achieving sales targets while promoting the brand and providing personalized luxury service to customers.
2. Expertly present and apply makeup and skincare products to inspire and acquire new clients.
3. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products, maintaining a luxury standard of service.
4. Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
5. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
6. Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
7. Develop personal relationships with clients, gaining loyalty and introducing the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
8. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
9. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels, report issues, and ensure sufficient inventory.
11. Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
12. Update client data including sales and client profiles using the ipos tool.
13. Develop and utilize customer database to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.

1. Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
2. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
