1. Oversee the lifecycle of POS materials in Southeast Asia, ensuring adherence to launch plans and regional guidelines.
2. Coordinate local production of POS materials, managing vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
3. Develop innovative local tools to enhance consumer experience and propose impactful planograms for product presentation.
4. Guide teams in achieving consistent in-store presentations and develop comprehensive Visual Merchandising guidelines.
5. Collaborate with the Operational Marketing Manager on Novelty POSM forecasts and manage Basic inventory.
6. Conceptualize and execute SPP/HPP events, ensuring alignment with brand principles and achieving sales objectives.
7. Maintain counter brand image and manage maintenance requests efficiently.
8. Manage e-commerce product uploads and site content, ensuring brand alignment and consistency.
9. Monitor and reconcile yearly budgets for VM assets across the SEA markets.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
2. Strong project management and coordination skills.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in a matrix environment.
4. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
5. Willingness to travel up to 30% for business purposes.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field, demonstrating strong project management and coordination capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
