8. Manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
9. Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager.
10. Grow business through events, appointments, and return bookings.
11. Complete operational and administrative tasks to the best of ability.
12. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
13. Adhere to all company and store procedures and policies.
14. Build relationships with store management.
15. Carry out additional duties as directed by management.
