Christian Dior Area Sales Manager

1. Drive sales promotion of perfumes, skincare, and makeup products within assigned territory.
2. Develop and nurture strong business relationships with retail partners and store teams.
3. Enhance sell-out performance and ensure achievement of sales targets at each point of sale.
4. Execute various promotional activities and ensure availability of necessary sales materials such as promotional gifts and displays.
5. Train sales staff at points of sale on product knowledge, sales techniques, service, and the DIOR brand DNA.
6. Monitor and update the Global Trade System (GTS).
7. Ensure implementation of planograms according to DIOR guidelines and optimize space for increased visibility.
8. Participate in sales conferences, product training, and other relevant meetings.
9. Support sales promotion planning and evaluate promotional activities.

1. Commercial training with relevant professional experience.
2. Minimum of two years of experience in a comparable sales role, preferably in the luxury, premium, or cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
4. Fluent in German with good command of English.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.

Commercial training or equivalent experience.
