Christian Dior Area Sales Manager

- Ensure E-Retail strategy compliance with brand guidelines.
- Manage a team of 7 office members and 70+ retail frontline staff.
- At least 7-8 years of related experience, ideally in the beauty industry.
- Strong PR and negotiation skills.
- Sharp business acumen and sound decision-making abilities.
- Sales and results-oriented mindset.
- Strategic thinking with a global business perspective.
- Solid analytical skills and numbers focus.
- Retail and data/digital centricity.
- Strong people and team management skills.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the beauty industry.
