1. Drive sales growth in designated retail locations by actively engaging in sales activities and coaching key sales influencers to enhance brand performance.
2. Ensure adherence to merchandising planograms within stores and make necessary adjustments for perfumes, skincare, and makeup displays.
3. Maintain flawless brand execution across all retail spaces.
4. Conduct business opportunity analyses, manage goal achievement, and report to the Regional Manager.
5. Train in-store teams on product knowledge and new launches.
