1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for retail staff in the North East region.
2. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
3. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
4. Stay updated with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending relevant courses.
5. Manage and oversee the training budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in training management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
3. Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

A minimum of 5 years of experience in training management, with a focus on luxury retail.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
