1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing daily operations of the Omega Boutique in Verbier.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of luxury retail experience.
3. Support in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
4. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising.
5. Train, mentor, and motivate boutique staff to enhance performance and engagement.
6. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the watch or jewelry sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
