Officine Panerai Technical Specialist

- Ensure robustness of assembly processes and adherence to manufacturing standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
- Train employees to enhance skills and achieve objectives.
- Participate in technical aspects of recruitment.
- Plan and organize work in collaboration with the workshop manager.
- Guarantee product quality and contribute to control range development.
- Detect and resolve production quality issues.
- Open RDP points and lead sessions.
- Resolve technical problems and ensure proper functioning of systems like OMS, CLA, and Divalog.
- Create and manage assembly work instructions and ensure their availability in production.
- Ensure application of operational ranges and undertake corrective actions with the workshop manager.
- Propose improvements to processes and means to enhance productivity and quality.
- CFC in watchmaking with micromechanical skills.
- Experience in the watchmaking industry, Tier 1 mandatory (Tier 2 and 3 advantageous).
- In-depth knowledge of watches and their assembly.
- Technical knowledge of ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Comprehensive understanding of movement operations.
- Analytical rigor and precision.
- Team spirit, positive attitude, and diplomatic communication.
- Autonomy and strong communication skills.
Mandatory experience in Tier 1 of the watchmaking industry, with additional experience in Tiers 2 and 3 considered an advantage.
CFC in watchmaking.
