1. Ensure robustness of assembly processes and adherence to manufacturing standards.
2. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
3. Train employees to enhance skills and achieve objectives.
4. Participate in technical aspects of recruitment.
5. Plan and organize work in collaboration with the workshop manager.
6. Guarantee product quality and contribute to control range development.
7. Detect and resolve production quality issues.
8. Open RDP points and lead sessions.
9. Resolve technical problems and ensure proper functioning of systems like OMS, CLA, and Divalog.
10. Create and manage assembly work instructions and ensure their availability in production.
11. Ensure application of operational ranges and undertake corrective actions with the workshop manager.
12. Propose improvements to processes and means to enhance productivity and quality.

1. CFC in watchmaking with micromechanical skills.
2. Experience in the watchmaking industry, Tier 1 mandatory (Tier 2 and 3 advantageous).
3. In-depth knowledge of watches and their assembly.
4. Technical knowledge of ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
5. Comprehensive understanding of movement operations.

Mandatory experience in Tier 1 of the watchmaking industry, with additional experience in Tiers 2 and 3 considered an advantage.
