1. Participate in the management of product development projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards at every stage.
2. Contribute to the validation of product specifications in collaboration with design, industrialization, purchasing, and production departments.
3. Assist in the development of project quality plans, including control points, quality milestones, and acceptance criteria.
4. Monitor corrective and preventive actions in response to quality deviations or non-conformities in prototypes, pre-series, or series.
5. Participate in project reviews (design reviews, milestone reviews, risk analyses) and draft associated quality reports.
6. Ensure documentation traceability of quality requirements throughout the development cycle (specifications, validation reports, test reports).
7. Map quality processes related to watch product development from marketing brief to series production.
8. Draft and update procedures, instructions, and quality formats in compliance with internal brand requirements.
9. Develop tools or templates to facilitate quality management of projects (checklists, compliance matrices, tracking tables).
10. Collaborate with Quality Production and Methods teams to ensure consistency between development and industrialization.
11. Contribute to stakeholder awareness of quality management and continuous improvement.

1. Enrolled in an engineering school, precision mechanics, or industrial management program (Bac+4/5), with a specialization in quality, project management, or product development.
2. Strong interest in the watchmaking industry is desired.
3. Previous experience in the luxury or micromechanics sector is an advantage.

1. Knowledge of quality methods and tools.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas & pivot tables).
3. Analytical and synthesis skills to identify key issues and implement associated action plans.
4. Initiative and proactivity with a strong ability to propose solutions.
5. Conscientious and meticulous with excellent organizational skills to manage priorities effectively.
6. Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills for leading cross-functional teams.
7. Autonomous, results-oriented, rigorous, proactive, and eager to learn.

Previous experience in the luxury or micromechanics sector is an advantage.
