Officine Panerai Operational Excellence Engineering Intern

- Support the deployment of continuous improvement initiatives within the Manufacture.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to enhance workflow and organizational efficiency.
- Develop educational materials on LEAN Manufacturing and project management for operational teams.
- Co-facilitate training sessions and assist departments in adopting new tools and methodologies.
- Conduct on-site continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing needs and diagnosing current processes.
- Identify improvement areas and priorities, actively participating in solution deployment with operational teams.
- Formalize new standards through clear and accessible documentation.
- Execute projects such as VSM mapping to eliminate non-value-added activities and optimize lead times.
- Implement 5S, SMED, and other standardization processes, as well as visual management systems.
- Coordinate and monitor project teams, regularly reporting progress to the steering committee.
- Collaborate across hierarchical levels, maintaining daily contact with production.
- Establish performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness and propose sustainability improvements.
- Final-year student in an engineering school or equivalent, specializing in process management, industrial engineering, or information systems.
- Proficiency in process modeling and management tools (such as BPMN or equivalent).
- Interest in digitalization and business process optimization.
- Autonomy, rigor, and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in project management or change management is advantageous.
No prior professional experience required, though previous exposure to project management or change management is beneficial.
Final-year student in an engineering school or equivalent.
