1. Support the deployment of continuous improvement initiatives within the Manufacture.
2. Collaborate closely with various departments to enhance workflow and organizational efficiency.
3. Develop educational materials on LEAN Manufacturing and project management for operational teams.
4. Co-facilitate training sessions and assist departments in adopting new tools and methodologies.
5. Conduct on-site continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing needs and diagnosing current processes.
6. Identify improvement areas and priorities, actively participating in solution deployment with operational teams.
7. Formalize new standards through clear and accessible documentation.
8. Execute projects such as VSM mapping to eliminate non-value-added activities and optimize lead times.
9. Implement 5S, SMED, and other standardization processes, as well as visual management systems.
10. Coordinate and monitor project teams, regularly reporting progress to the steering committee.
11. Collaborate across hierarchical levels, maintaining daily contact with production.
12. Establish performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness and propose sustainability improvements.

1. Final-year student in an engineering school or equivalent, specializing in process management, industrial engineering, or information systems.

1. Proficiency in process modeling and management tools (such as BPMN or equivalent).
2. Interest in digitalization and business process optimization.
3. Autonomy, rigor, and strong communication skills.
4. Previous experience in project management or change management is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, though previous exposure to project management or change management is beneficial.

Final-year student in an engineering school or equivalent.
