1. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to boutique objectives.
2. Develop and maintain a client panel, ensuring best-in-class customer experience.
3. Act as an ambassador for Panerai both in the boutique and at off-site events.
4. Participate in briefings and contribute to boutique performance development.
5. Handle customer requests and manage all sales steps following Panerai's Selling Ceremony.
6. Identify potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-ups.
7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai products and brand history.
8. Participate in brand training sessions and self-learning initiatives.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Manage daily boutique operations, including inventory and visual merchandising.
11. Contribute to the development of the boutique's CRM database.
12. Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
13. Provide excellent client service and ensure seamless customer experience.

1. Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail sales.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.

A minimum of two years in a luxury retail sales role is required.

Expected salary range: $24.75 to $26.44 per hour, based on skills and experience.
