1. Promote the brand image and achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
2. Conduct private viewings with VIP clients to enhance customer relations.
3. Manage the receipt, checking, and tagging of new products.
4. Handle discount or gratuity requests in accordance with brand and finance policies.
5. Maintain the boutique's exterior and interior presentation, including display windows, lighting, and brand visuals.
6. Conduct monthly stock taking and ensure consistency with inventory procedures.
7. Participate in stock replenishment requests.
8. Manage cash and invoicing processes, and oversee store opening and closing responsibilities.
9. Adhere to security procedures as per brand and group policies.
10. Ensure timely sales reporting and manage repair documentation.
11. Demonstrate a brand ambassador attitude internally and externally.
12. Coordinate after-sales service with the Head Office and Richemont Customer Service Centre.
13. Participate in CRM activities and maintain the client database in line with KPIs.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of luxury brand dynamics and customer service excellence.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is required.

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
